今早逛ebay的时候发现了一件感兴趣的东西,于是新注册了一个ebay账号,打算发信息问一下卖家有关支付和运费的问题。结果刚问了两个问题,就收到了ebay的一封站内信

For the time being, you won't be able to use your eBay account, including buying or selling items, leaving Feedback, and sending messages. You're also not allowed to use other accounts or register a new one.

Your account was suspended because it exhibits a risk to eBay and to its community. As eBay is an internet-based business, and its members are our customers, we have to carefully weigh the risks involved with allowing users on our site. From time to time, we find accounts which have a risk that no longer justifies a continuing relationship with eBay. When that happens we suspend these accounts and they are no longer able to be used for buying or selling. We have determined that it is in our mutual best interest to part ways. We regret any frustration or inconvenience this matter may cause you. For your account there is no appeal for this decision. From this point forward, in order to conduct business on the internet, you will have to find a different venue.

虽然假惺惺的看似说得挺客气,但是实际上既没告诉我任何封禁我的具体理由也没有任何解决办法,只说你的账号对我们来说是个风险,我们很遗憾,但是封禁你对咱们俩都好。最后倒是直接坚定不移地跟我说你这个处理不可以继续申诉,你以后要想在网上买卖东西就另寻别家吧。
话说这里常在ebay买东西的朋友们有人知道到底是怎么回事儿么...???
我想了半天可能的原因,第一也许我新注册这个账号本身是个马甲,但以前我注册的ebay账号是ebay和易趣合并的时候,后来两家又分开了,而原来关联注册的paypal现在好像也不能继续使用,我也嫌麻烦懒得纠结这些事于是就重新注册一个账号。第二是这个账号刚注册我还没来得及完善资料也没有申请paypal,地址和手机什么的还没仔细填,本打算以后继续完善。第三是此卖家是大陆卖家,我问问他运费的事以及能不能走支付宝,我的paypal还没弄好。而且我是用中文和卖家商量的。难道ebay竟然连卖家和买家私下的沟通也插手?
不管这么说,就算这些违反他们的政策,将我账号停用了,但是至于严厉到永久封禁以致新注册账号也不可以(not allowed to use other accounts or register a new one)?虽然我感觉从技术上绕过他的限制并不是什么难题..
最后,ebay上的卖家ddpen,不知道来不来这里,我就是刚才ebay上向您咨询的那位。如果万一能见到并且还愿意继续沟通的话可以在这里联系。我在ebay上的账号已经不能使用了。 |
